Overseas Marine Certification Services

is an independent risk assessment institution which provides services of classification, certification, verification and consultancy services. OMCS CLASS was established in 2004 in order to satisfy the increasing demand by ship-owners/managers in the maritime industry with a reliable alternative option for the classification and certification of their vessels while maintaining high quality standards without compromising safety.

Bright North Corp

Is a Panamanian company a Radio Accounting Authority (RAA) and Point Service Activation (PSA) providing services for IMARSAT (ISP), accredited by Panama Maritime Authority and several others Maritime Administrations. As accounting authority our role is act as a billing intermediary between the maritime mobile stations and service providers. We provide excellent services available 24/7 through our large network of representative and head office staff.
