BIERMAN PAUTT provides crew licensing services for Panama, Vanuatu, Liberia, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Palau and Honduras ships, our goal is that seafarer keep their mind in the job and not in the papers with bureaucratic protocols.

  Panama

Bierman Pautt will process a Title Endorsement (Seaman Book) with the same capacity, function, level, limitations, and validity of the license attached to the application for Panamanian Title Endorsement. This license must have been issued by the maritime authority of a country within the white list published by the International Maritime Authority.

The issuance of the Transitional Certificate (CT / CRA / Endorsement) allows officers and ratings to work on board a Panamanian vessel for a period no longer than ninety (90) days. After the Transitory Certificate (CT) is prepared the entire document is to be forwarded to PMA Regional Offices. 

Following instructions in accordance with STCW 78/1995 Convention, as from November 10, 2001, Merchant Marine Consulates will only accept applications form for Endorsement of Title complying with the 1995 amendments of the STCW 78 Convention. We can also do the revalidation (5 years) and endorsement of the four basic courses and specialized courses.
